MEET HARLEY:

Hi, I’m Harley! I’m the owner & head floral designer at Sand & Sun Floral.

I am beyond passionate about working with the best & most beautiful florals. I absolutely love creating designs that will truly bring my client’s vision to life. I am primarily based out of Utah, but travel anywhere you are wanting your love story to take place!

 

I know that planning a wedding and everything that that entails is incredibly overwhelming. So many couples that I talk to are very unsure of what they want to do with florals. That's where I come in - yay! I love being a part of the process with you. Regardless of how you're feeling, my goal is to make your floral booking process as seamless, stress-free and enjoyable as possible. This welcome guide and questionnaire is the first step! Below you will find an overview of our booking process, and a questionnaire to fill out prior to our upcoming consultation.

OUR PROCESS:

Consultation

I will review your questionnaire before our call so that I have a brief overview of your day. Then we will meet (primarily virtually as of now) to discuss your floral vision!

​

 

Proposal

After our consultation, I will create the FIRST draft of your customized and itemized proposal detailing everything we discussed. Once you review the proposal, we can make tweaks until it's PERFECT for you.

Booking

To book with Sand and Sun and officially reserve your day, I require a signed contract and 25% deposit. These will be sent directly to your email, and you can pay using a credit card.

​

 

Final Meeting

We will meet around 30 days before your date for your final meeting! At this meeting, we will discuss the entire proposal to review design, make any necessary changes, finalize counts and discuss timeline. Your final payment is due 21 days before your date following our meeting. Then I will order your flowers!

Wedding Day!

YAY! My team will arrive for set-up at our agreed upon time and begin to make your dream come to life! I will also come back for flip or tear down if those are added on.

DESIGN NOTE:

One more quick note in our welcome guide!

 

The most important thing to me is that you get your dream wedding day! I want to work with you to understand your vision, articulate it in our proposal, order according to your style and design and execute perfectly on your wedding day. I would love to hear all about your preferences, favorite flowers, inspiration photos, etc. in the questionnaire below. However, I do ask for your trust in me as your floral designer, as well as the freedom to be creative with your vision. I ask my brides to view this as more of a collaboration of our styles - that way your wedding florals are unique to YOU instead of an exact replication of an inspiration photo. :) I hope that this takes the pressure off of you to be a "floral expert" and can allow me the true joy of creating something beautiful and special for you!I look forward to reviewing your questionnaire and discussing your wedding florals further!
